SHIPPING POLICY

⚠️ A valid phone number is required at checkout for all large and oversized item orders. Our freight carrier will use this to coordinate your delivery appointment.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your order.
Carriers We ship via multiple carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Freight & White Glove Delivery Large or oversized items such as patio dining sets may require freight or white glove delivery service. For these orders, a delivery carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout — we cannot complete delivery without it. White glove delivery includes placement of your item in your desired room. Assembly and installation are not included.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach us at support@myterragoods.com.
Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
